Gavelock never holds client money. Reservation deposits are paid directly to an SRA- or CLC-regulated conveyancer, who holds them as stakeholder in a client account under the reservation terms.
Gavelock may receive a referral fee from conveyancing or mortgage partners we recommend, paid only on completion. Using our recommended partners is entirely optional and will not affect how your offer or listing is treated.
